“ Awesome. Our server was just awesome and a pleasure to be around. Food was a fun adventure. French onion soup with the sugar..... post-WW2 flavor is delicious. Scallops, dried & seared correctly. Green lentil is used for filling, and cream sauce is used for savory. Love it. Dessert: coffee-inspired cake/chocolate. I don't dessert much, but this was spongy on the inside and crisp with the chocolate outside. Loved it, they nailed it. Thanks for the fantastic time, Philippe! ”
“ My daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful Sunday brunch at Philippe. Our food was magnificent, service by Danielle was spot on and the atmosphere was charming but busy and festive. My eggs Benedict were perfectly cooked, with a Hollandaise sauce that was smooth and tasty, the eggs sitting upon a croissant. Memorable. My daughter's quiche was superb. ”
“ Every bite was delicious. An unexpected find that turned into a delightful evening. I would definitely return any time I’m in Fort Collins. Excellent French food! ”
“ Every time I’m in Foco I have to get the smoked salmon and top it off with the best creme brulee in Colorado! Very welcoming customer service and fair prices. ”
“ My wife and I ate here for dinner on September 28, 2024. We started with the escargot. It was amazing. Very tender and in a light garlic/butter sauce. We have had a lot of escargot all over the world and this ranked up there with some of the best. My wife had the Boeuf Bourgignon. The meat was extremely tender and the sauce was fragrant from the red wine. Really amazing. I had the special of the day, Duck breast on a squash puree. The duck was cooked precisely medium rare (just the way I like it). very tender and full of flavor. the Puree was amazing as well. Not overpowering, but light and very smooth. I highly recommend this place as a wonderful date night restaurant. ”
“ Fantastic French cuisine! The ratatouille was fresh and bursting with flavor, and the chicken was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and seasoned just right. The authenticity of the dishes really stands out. Highly recommend for anyone craving a true taste of France! ”
“ Walking through the doorway, we felt like we were transported instantly into the French Mediterranean. Great menu. Something for everyone. We enjoyed the soft music while sipping on our glasses of wine. The meal was delightful. ”
“ Maybe the best restaurant in Fort Collins. Unfortunately we didn’t have an opportunity to get in an argument with Philippe which would have completed the French experience, but everything we ate was exceptional and we ate A LOT. The lamb was top 5 things I have ever eaten. Salmon was my wife’s favorite thing ever. Deserts were incredible as well. 6 stars. Update: went back tonight with the whole family and everything was just as good if not better. I just wanted to say thank you to Philippe and the staff (especially Maya who served us both visits) for making it special and fun. Still 6 stars. ”
